Is all jewellery from Rise Jewels plated?
All of our jewellery is plated either in gold, white or black- rhodium.
Whats is rhodium?
Rhodium is a rare precious metal that is in the family of platinum and can be 10 to 25 times more expensive than gold. Rhodium is highly tarnishing resistant and does not corrode, stain, or change colour.
Is rhodium plated jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes, it is. If you have a nickel allergy, rhodium plating is a good option for you. However, we cannot fully exclude an allergic reaction as every skin type and physical acidity is different. This applies to gold plated jewellery as well.
How to care for my jewellery?
To maintain your jewellery in shape for longer, we recommend avoiding water, friction, and cosmetics. Check our jewellery care page more information here.
ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are prepared within 1-3 business days starting from the order confirmation date. Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is 2-3 business days in Ireland. However, during the holiday season, it may take up to 7 business days. For information about other countries, check our Shipping policies page here.

Do you ship worldwide?
At the moment we only ship to the EU and UK. But hold tight, we will expand soon to other areas!
Can I cancel my order?
All shipped orders cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible by contacting us at email@example.com and we’ll see what can be done.
What if I receive the wrong product or a product in bad condition?
We commit to prepare and send our products with a lot of care and in perfect condition. If you happen to receive the wrong product or a faulty item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to have a look into it. It is mandatory to send pictures of the wrong or damaged product for us to investigate if an exchange or refund is applicable.
How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. In case you don’t receive an email, contact us at email@example.com.
Can I remove items from my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag.
